OTTAWA — A fire caused about $10,000 damage to an Ottawa house Monday night. A passing motorist reported a fire in an unoccupied house in the 100 block of South Elm Street, Ottawa Fire Chief Jeff Carner said. Firefighters found the fire on the second floor of the home, he said. The cause of the fire remains undetermined at this time. There were no injuries.
