SPRING HILL — Two drivers were taken to Kansas City hospitals following an early morning crash Wednesday at Spring Hill. Steve Walker, 46, Kansas City, Mo., ran the stop sign at the U.S. 169 and 207th Street intersection, the Kansas Highway Patrol said. Jakub Dingus, 23, Spring Hill, couldn’t stop in time and his mini-van T-boned Walker’s car. The crash blocked the northbound lanes of U.S. 169 and intersection for more than an hour. Walker was taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center. The highway patrol said he wasn’t wearing a seat belt. Dingus was taken to Olathe Medical Center. He was wearing a seat belt.
