WELLSVILLE — A Wellsville teenager was taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center late Sunday night in a Franklin County EMS ambulance after his car hit a tree south of Wellsville. Brandyn Brewster, 17, was driving east in the 4600 block of Reno Road when his car went off the road to the right, the Franklin County Sheriff’s office said. His car hit a tree and rolled over onto its top.
