OTTAWA — James Adell, 40, Ottawa, was booked into the Franklin County jail Wednesday morning for suspicion of aggravated assault and battery with a weapon.
Ottawa police said Adell threatened a U.S. Postal Service employee with an air rifle in the 900 block of North Cedar then slapped the worker in the face. The postal employee wasn’t injured.
