OTTAWA — The Franklin County Red Cross blood drive will be noon-6 p.m. Wednesday at Celebration Hall in Ottawa. National blood stocks have been drawn down because of the mass shooting in Orlando, Fla., Franklin County Red Cross’s Joe Rich said. It’s possible that blood from the Ottawa drive will be shipped immediately to Orlando, he said.
