OTTAWA — Social media posts in Ottawa are sounding an alarm about a man they report who has cruising around the city in a white truck while wearing a full-body Spiderman costume. One Ottawa teenager posted she was approached by the man and he asked her if she’d like to make some easy money. She reported she fled. Other posts said the man has been circling the elementary schools. At least two people have posted that they have notified Ottawa police.
