OTTAWA-You probably thought there would be a new left-turn lane at 19th and Eisenhower as part of the new Elementary School project, right? Well, think again. City Planners have revealed that as a matter of fact, the city never did require the Ottawa School District to include the left turn lane…so there won’t be one.
