OTTAWA — A 53-year-old Ottawa man was cited for failure to report an accident and reckless driving after hitting a garage in the 300 block of South Mulberry Street Saturday afternoon. Clark Brown lost control of his vehicle and hit the garage, Ottawa police Lt. Doug Waterman said. Rather than face the wrath of the owner, Brown tried to back out of the garage and leave the scene but hit a tree instead, Waterman said.
