OTTAWA — Ottawa city and Franklin County commissioners approved a contract with two engineering firms for the engineering and design work for the new Rock Creek Business Park Wednesday during a joint meeting. The city and county will cooperate in building the streets, utilities and other improvements to develop the new industrial park. Bartlett & West and Professional Engineering Consultants will work together in making preparations, design and engineering work. The process of building the infrastructure will continue through midway of next year.
