OLATHE — A hearing for an Ottawa man charged with capital murder and rape in Johnson County will be Friday. The hearing for Korrey Rinke will include his new attorney, who was appointed Monday to represent him. Rinke is charged with the August death of Julianna Pappas, 46, in Overland Park. He was arrested after her body was found in a wooded area. Police say Rinke was acquainted with her.
