POMONA — A 1996 Chevrolet 3500 truck belonging to Emily Skaggs and Quentin Cahoon was found on fire in the 800 block of Neosho Terrace just east of Pomona Sunday morning. The truck had been driven into the south ditch and got stuck on the embankment when it struck a fence, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said. The truck caught fire for unknown reasons. It is unknown who was driving the truck.
