GARNETT — The best things of life are free and these days, they’re at the Garnett Public Library. The Friends of the Garnett Public Library book sale has now moved into the “everything is free” phase. There are still lots of children’s books, non-fiction, fiction and VHS tapes. The books will be out the rest of the week. Library hours are 10 to 5:30 Wednesday and Friday; 10 to 8 Thursday; and 10 to 4 Saturday.
