RICHMOND — Franklin County will put up a stop sign on south-bound Eisenhower Road at Allen Road on the county line west of Richmond. Anderson County has put a stop sign on the north-bound side of the road, county public works director Jim Haag said. Commissioner Rick Howard said he asked Haag to consider putting up the sign because several neighbors expressed concern about the number of serious crashes at the intersection in recent months.
