OTTAWA — An Ottawa woman and her passengers escaped injury in a weather-related crash west of Ottawa shortly after noon Saturday afternoon. Cassandra Reyes, 33, was driving west in the 2100 block of Osborne Terrace when she hit standing water in the road and lost control of her car, the Franklin County Sheriff’s office said. Her car went into the north ditch, where her car was partly submerged, deputies said.
