OTTAWA – The Franklin County chapter of the Red Cross will host a blood drive noon-6 p.m. Wednesday at Celebration Hall at the fairgrounds. The Red Cross will give a $5 Target gift card to everyone who donates blood Wednesday, said Joe Rich, one of the organizers. “The need for blood is an emergency situation,” he said. You can schedule an appointment through the Red Cross’s website or walk-in.
