OTTAWA — More than 500 tractors were on display this past weekend for the Power of the Past Antique Tractor and Gas Engine Show. The show was a huge success, said Power of the Past president David Reeves. “It was great,” he said. “We had a check of a good crowd.” The show, which included the national Allis-Chalmers meet called “Gathering of the Orange” drew tractors from across the country, from as far as Montana to Georgia, he said. More than 4,500 people attended the show. “We were really happy.” Reeves thanked all the local individuals, groups and businesses that helped with the show. Next year, the show features Case tractors.
