OTTAWA — Franklin County deputies hauled Nathan Siebert, 39, Overland Park; to jail after they found his pickup parked on the roadway in the 3800 block of U.S. 59, north of Ottawa early Monday morning. His pickup had been wrecked. The sheriff’s office said it wasn’t known where or when the collision occurred … or what or who he hit. Siebert was booked into jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, and driving while suspended.
