OTTAWA — Ottawa city commissioners have formally closed a Community Development block grant used to rehabilitate the Old City Hall at Fourth and Walnut. The $250,000 grant went to pay part of the $385,000 rehabilitation project, said city community development director Wynndee Lee. No city money was involved in the project, she said. Rick Dietz, who bought the building from the city, has planned to build rental and retail space in the building.
