POMONA — A 44-year-old Pomona man was booked in connection with a teenage party featuring drinking at his home in the 1700 block of California Road late Saturday night. The Franklin County Sheriff’s department said Paul Rowland was booked on suspicion of unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcohol. Several minors were booked for consuming or possessing alcohol, the sheriff’s office said.
