OLATHE — A 24-year-old Ottawa man charged with capital murder and rape will be back in Johnson County District Court Thursday. The hearing for Korrey Rinke is expected to establish a schedule leading up to his trial. He is charged with raping and murdering Julianna Pappas, 46, Overland Park in August 2016. Police said he killed her during a date.
