GROVE, Okla. — Former Wellsville mayor John Wilhite, has died in Grove, Okla., where he moved last year. He was a long time self-employed mechanic and owner of Wellsville Tow. He was mayor of Wellsville from 1987 to 2007. Services were in Ottawa.
