OTTAWA — Long-time Ottawa restaurant Poncho’s will close its doors on Dec. 22. The restaurant, will reopen in mid-January under the name Leon’s, Bob Redeker, owner of the restaurant, said. “We will be rebranding and introducing a new menu,” he said. Leon’s will feature American-style food including chicken fried steak, he said.
