OTTAWA — Franklin County commissioners have take a final step for a property tax sale. They approved a resolution Wednesday to file the documents allowing the county to sell properties to pay off delinquent taxes. The paperwork, which was done by a consultant, should be filed in district court next week, according to county administrator Derek Brown: There was a last-minute flurry of payments as property owners paid their delinquent taxes, he said.
