An accident on I-35 near Williamsburg Sunday left three people in the hospital. According to the Franklin Sheriff’s office 21-year-old Mary Wiggins of Ponca City, Oklahoma was traveling southbound in her Hyundai Santa Fe when she fell asleep at the wheel and crossed the center line and struck a Jeep Renegade driven by 40-year-old Elizabeth Murray of Kansas City. This caused the Jeep to enter the ditch and overturn several times before coming to rest in a pasture. Murray and her two passengers were taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital for their injuries. Wiggins and her passenger were not injured in the accident.
