A program that intervenes in cases of domestic abuse is taking a hit. Community Corrections Director Allison Dickinson says it is covered in the Behavioral Health Grant and Budget. She says the state is reducing the size of the grant.
Dickinson was reporting to the Franklin County Commision on budgets for various community corrections services.
