There’s been an important development regarding Meals on Wheels. Franklin County Commision Chairman Randall Renoud is a member of the East Central Kansas Area Agency on Aging. He made an announcement at the Wellsville City Council Meeting.
Renoud says more information will be forthcoming in a few days. He emphasizes that all clients will continue receiving their meals.
In a press release, the Agency says they are working together to ensure meals will continue to be served at congregate sites and though home delivery. While the meal provider will change, the meals service will not be interrupted after September 30.
