There seems to be some problems at Washburn Towers, or at least that’s what a few residents are saying. At the Ottawa City Commission Study Session, Shirley Brantley had a complaint.
Brantley says she has problems on videotape which she gave to city officials. A manager from Washburn Towers told the commission they have investigated Brantley’s complaints, but they don’t appear nearly as serious as she claims. City officials have also been out to check on conditions, and they say generally the living conditions are quite acceptable. Nevertheless, more investigations will be done, with possibly a new roof being installed,
