Officials from the Onward Ottawa Project went before the Franklin County Commission this morning to make a presentation and a request for money. County Administrator Derek Brown says he wishes the officials had shown up some time ago.
County Commissioner discussed making a donation in the area of 100 to 125 thousand dollars spread out over 5 years. More discussion and a possible decision may come at their Wednesday meeting.
