A giant mural on the side of a building at 415 B South Main in Ottawa is a reality. The painting is to celebrate Ottawa Butterfly Artist William H. Howe. Sue Dunlap of the Ottawa Community Arts Council was a friend of Howe. She says he was known the world over.
The mural was painted by David Loewenstein, who was also a friend of Howe, Loewenstein has been an artist for about 30 years.
