The dogs and cats at Prairie Paws Animal Shelter can rest a little easier knowing that the shelter’s financial status is improving. Franklin County Commissioner Richard Oglesby helps monitor operations at the shelter. He says a recent audit committee meeting brings good news.
The fundraiser is set for October 19 at the Historic Post Office in Ottawa.
