The replacement of water lines in Downtown Ottawa will have little or no effect on the upcoming Power of the Past and the Car Show, that promise has been made by the city officials. Ottawa Utilities Director Dennis Tharp says a lot of planning has been made to minimize any hassle.
Tharp made the remarks at the regular Ottawa City Commission study session.
