With the new school year, school boards across the state are looking at their budgets for the upcoming year and what to do with the extra money coming in from the state. Some districts are creating new positions and increasing salaries for teachers. Kansas News Service Steven Bisawha fills us in.
He adds that not only are new positions being created, but those jobs cut from as far back as 2009 are being reinstated.
