When it rains a lot, it floods in the parking lot of the Franklin County Annex. County Maintenance Director Brandon Sands told the County Commision he’s looking for a solution.
Sands also won approval to replace all four of the heating and air conditioning units in the Old Depot Museum in Ottawa.
