The Airport Board has recommended approval of the Ottawa Airport Master Plan. Public Works Director Michael Hafele says the FFA will approve of the plan, but modifications to the plan are hard to accomplish.
There was a concern about trees on the north and south sides on private property, however, the FFA says the trees do not pose a hazard and can be left in place. Hafele says they will talk to the landowner about trimming the trees.
