The City of Ottawa is considering joining what is called a land bank. At the city commission’s study session, Commissioner Sara Caylor had a question for Consultant Tyler Ellsworth.
The city commission is expected to consider an ordinance establishing a land bank during its regular meeting tomorrow morning.
