A West Franklin High School student is making a world-changing impact, that is certainly the case for the recipient of her work. Jaci Gull has been on several missions to Mexico to hand out wheelchairs to the disabled who cannot afford one. During a lunchtime presentation yesterday to the Ottawa Rotary Club, Jaci showed a photograph of one homemade attempt at a wheelchair.
Jaci wants to raise money for more wheelchair missions, the projects are sponsored by the American Wheelchair Mission.
