Your local government is working just like it’s supposed to. Franklin County, Ottawa City, and USD 290 representatives held a joint meeting Thursday. No major issues were voiced. Franklin County Vice Chair Richard Oglesby says since the joint meetings started, communication between the agencies has drastically improved.
