Thanks to a decision Thursday by the Kansas Corporation Commission, Westar Energy customers electric bills are going down. Westar Energy Representative Gina Penzig states:
Kansas Governor Jeff Colyer applauded the decision. He had sent Kansas Utility companies a letter requesting that they pass along tax savings given to them by the federal government last year to all customers.
