A recent power outage in north Ottawa had people wondering what the problem was. Ottawa Utilities tend to get spotty outages back on in a timely manner, but who do you call when your power is out? One thing that you probably don’t need to do is report it on Facebook. City Manager Richard Nienstedt says:
To report a power outage call the utilities department during business hours at 229-3710 or after hours at 229-3750.
