The new trade deal negotiated by president trump with Mexico and Canada was finalized on Monday. Know as the USMCA, open up a large chunk of the market to American farmers in Canada and Mexico. The deal does not open the Canadian market totally to U.S. dairy farmers but does require Canada to increase it’s trading quotas. President Trump commented on the deal with Canada.
The president will sign the deal in November and send it to Congress for final approval.
