A silver alert has been issued for a Maimi County woman. Authorities are searching for 78-year-old Hazel Phillips. She was last contacted by her family on Tuesday evening. Hazel told her family that she was going to Drexel, Missouri on Wednesday morning. She did not make it to her destination in Drexel. She is driving a silver 2008 Chevy Malibu with Kansas license tag 450 HLB. Hazel is 5 foot 6 inches tall and 120 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes. Hazel may be suffering from a medical condition which could be a safety concern for her. She may be in the Paola or Osawatomie area.
