When Brandon Jones takes over as Franklin County Attorney, he’ll have his hands full. He says when he takes over around the first of November he’ll have to get familiar with what types of cases he faces.
Jones says that one of the biggest problems facing attorneys and other authorities is the epidemic of mental illness among criminal defendants.
