It’s the final day today October 21rst of what was a fun-filled weekend at the 61st annual Maple Leaf Festival. The events continue until this evening beginning with an arts and crafts booth from 9:00 this morning until 5:00 this afternoon. The second quilt show of the weekend begins at 10:00 this morning and goes until 5:00 this afternoon. The 10-kilometer Volkswalk begins at 10:00 as well. It’s a leisurely walk that goes through the historic parts of town and you can jump in at any time up until 2:00. The carnival and kids zone continue throughout the day and evening. Finally, the Black Jack Cabin goes day two open from 9:00 until 4:00.
