Ottawa City Commissioner Blake Jorgensen recently returned from a 9 day trip to China, and he came away with some interesting insights on how China views certain issues. Jorgensen says they took issue with a speech given by Vice President Mike Pence.
Jorgensen says the trip was his first outside the United States and gave him a chance to understand the viewpoints of a different culture.
