The Kansas Bureau of Investigation will receive over 800 thousand dollars in federal grant funds to fight methamphetamine trafficking. KOFO’s Jeff Brewer has more:
The award will come from the office of community-oriented policing services, which is part of the U.S. Department of Justice, through the cops anti-methamphetamine program. The funding may be used to located or investigate illicit activities, including precursor diversion, laboratories, or methamphetamine traffickers.
