With the election coming up a week from today, candidates for various positions are trying to get their message out to the voters and many voters are trying to get the issues they are concerned about, to the candidates. 59th District Incumbent Representative, and Ottawa native, Blaine Finch says there are several issues people are telling him that they have concerns about.
