Is your power out? If you live in a certain area of Ottawa east of Main, it probably is. No, it is not a Halloween prank. No worries, the City of Ottawa says it is a planned outage to do some maintenance. Maggie Schmidt for the Utilities Department explains.
If your power is not back on, or if you have an unexplained outage, you can report it to the utility department at 229-3710.
