The Wellsville Police Department may soon get a tool to deal with vicious dogs short of shooting and killing them. Police Chief John Blair Laid out the situation for the Wellsville City Council.
Several Council Members noted that tranquilizing a dog rather than killing it would surely be preferred by citizens. Blair was asked to gather more information in time for the next council meeting.
