The Franklin County Commission has witnessed something that almost never happens. Marvin Hutchinson of Wellsville told commissioners that the Wellsville Elementary School recently sponsored a breakfast for veterans.
The returned check amounted to two hundred dollars since all the costs of the breakfast were paid for by donations from staff and community members.
