Talk at the Franklin County Commission meeting centered around the idea of the county buying its own chip and seal equipment to improve the roads. Commission Chair Randal Renoud says he has always wondered about the county and the City of Ottawa sharing some equipment to the benefit of everyone.
Commissioners will discuss the idea at a furture meeting.
